Do these go good together?

my mom suggested to have my flower girls and ring bearer to be in yellow dresses with azalea bow and the ring bearer in a yellow tux? would that look good?

Do these go good together?
I am using pink and yellow for my wedding, too! Watermelon and canary, specifically. :)

I think having all that pink and yellow on both children may be a bit overwhelming. Perhaps the flower girl in yellow and the ring bearer in a classic black tux with a yellow bowtie. Then she could carry pink flowers with a pink ribbon on the basket, and he could have a pink pin of flowers on his tux to bring out that accent.

Good luck! I%26#039;m sure they%26#039;ll be precious, either way! :)

Edit: I just realized, my bridesmaids even have the same dress style as yours! :)
Reply:Nice dress and pretty color. Have the ring bearer in whatever color tux the men are wearing (with your colors, a medium grey would be nice). Flower girl dress in white, with a sash in pink, then pink, yellow and white flowers.

Same with flowers for the bridesmaids, and you, too. The yellow just pretties everything up, and is a great choice to complement the pink.

Reply:I do not like the idea with the yellow tux either. He could wear the black tux with the yellow vest/tie. For the flower girl you could do the pink dress with yellow sash or do what the above person posted and let the bridesmaid have yellow flowers. and the flower girl could throw the yello petals you could do subtel things to put yellow things
Reply:Hmm, pink and yellow is a lot of color, even if it%26#039;s a spring or summer wedding. I%26#039;m not particularly fond of having yellow flower girl dresses, as it would really be a LOt going down that aisle.

I think the best way to incorporate the yellow is with small accents. What about yellow flowers? Yellow tulips would be beautiful with that bridesmaids dress. You could also have the groomsmen wear yellow ties (yellow and black go really, REALLY well together - it would be unique and understated at the same time). You could even dye the bridesmaids shoes yellow. A little pop of color at the feet is always a good thing.

But having a yellow flower girl standing next to a pink bridesmaid would be a little too bold and unflattering all together. I would have the flower girls in a very neutral color like cream or ivory. You could maybe put a pink sash around their waists if you want to bring the pink in more.

The key to using two bright/bold colors is to use one as a dominate and one as an accent. Otherwise, it can look TOO planned out and overwhelming.

I LOVE the two colors you%26#039;ve chosen though ... and the bridesmaids dresses? Gorgeous. Just refine the usage of yellow, and it will be an absolutely picture perfect day.
Reply:Yes it%26#039;s cute, but have the ring bearer wear a black tux with yellow vest/tie/bow. Don%26#039;t overpower with both colors. Use one color as your primary (which seems to be azalea since that%26#039;s the color your BM dresses are) and accent with yellow.
Reply:I think with yellow it gets a bit too bright I would suggest maybe a royal blue if you want to keep it bright or a navy blue. Blue tones will bring out the pink more The yellow will drown it
Reply:Cute on the pink yellow dresses but I wouldn%26#039;t do a yellow bow unless it%26#039;s more of a %26quot;butter%26quot; color. That would look amazing. Bright yellow would overpower the pink and cut them in half. I%26#039;m not too big on the little guy wearing all yellow either. Tuxes can look so overbearing on a little one already the yellow would eat him up. Plus, if he is under 5 or 6 he might not be able to order anything from an adult line. I%26#039;m not even sure where you would find a yellow tuxedo. It would look like a costume on him as well unless the other guys were wearing all yellow too.

Pink and yellow are so cute together but it has to be the right shades so they don%26#039;t fight against each other.
Reply:I don%26#039;t particular like the idea of a ring bearer wearing a yellow tux and I think it is to much for the flower girls. I would have the ring bearer wear a suit with a yellow tie and have the girls in white dress with a pink sash and then you can pin a yellow flower on the sash.
Reply:i think it would look better if the flow girls wore a light periwinkle or a dim color. and the ring bearer should wear the same color as the flower girls just a little darker.
Reply:the flower girl idea is great

for the ring bearer have it in a nice yellow vest,

not a yellow suit

have the groomsmen wear yellow ties
